James Brown Tribute Setlist
Current mood:Funky
It was a real honor for me to do a two and a half hour tribute to the Godfather of Soul. As a native of Augusta GA, it brought back great memories of when I use to listen to his music being played on the soul station when I was living there. Again, thank you to each and every one of you who listened and called in.

Big thanks to Todd for riding his bike all the way from his place to let us borrow his albums, Peter Lewman for providing ,me with a copy of the James Brown Ultimate Remixes, the Weekend Wrecking Crew for allowing us to go 15 minutes over so we could play one more track, and a big shout out to the ladies of Urban Flava for letting us take over their time slot so we can make this tribute happen.

James Brown will always be the "Hardest Working Man in Show Business" and there will be no other artist like him ever again. Let's keep his spirit alive by keeping his music alive.
